In good condition considering its age - light staining throughout. Notably, some tearing at the inner back neck. Traditional Polish Folk blouse with embroidery throughout. Long, pleated cuffs close with glass buttons. 3/4 opening at neck with one glass button. Eyelet detail at center front. Dramatic belled sleeves with ruching into back neck. No labels but feels like cotton.
