In good vintage condition - some wear and spots throughout consistent with age as shown. 20s 2 piece (likely) Halloween costume with heart shaped appliqués throughout. Top has open sides so sizing is free. Skirt closes with hooks & a snap that can be easily moved to make larger if desired. No labels but feels like cotton.
