In very good vintage condition - no flaws to note. Novelty printed blouse with musical theme. Buttons up center front with apple juice buttons and hook & eyes. Ruching at shoulders and waist. Small flap at waist with grosgrain ribbon details. Belt loops at side. Large self covered shoulder pads consistent with the era. Label at waist reads 'Original Design'. No content label but feels like cotton.
